The public spaces are partially open to the outside and therefore you can feel the outside temperature and wind. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During our time the pool was under renovation but they arranged to use the pool of a nearby hotel and even a larger pool from again another hotel including the transport by taxi. Super. Breakfast is good with enough choices for both western and asian food.

nice staff, great location, clean. breakfast was great for early excursions we had. not many places were open before 7am so it was a great option. the staff was very helpful. we had a local artist make something for us but it was dropped off when we were on a tour. they exchanged our payment with him and had it waiting for us. they also assisted with laundry. great stay highly recommend.

The pictures made the property look huge but it is not a big resort. However, it is still very good. The location is convenient to explore temples in the city center. The hotel is very quiet at night and relaxing. If you want more clubbing/nightlife, you might want to look around night bazaar, but it is fairly easy to get a tuk tuk to go anywhere in chiang mai.
