The public spaces are partially open to the outside and therefore you can feel the outside temperature and wind. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cozy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During our time the pool was under renovation but they arranged to use the pool of a nearby hotel and even a larger pool from again another hotel including the transport by taxi. Super. Breakfast is good with enough choices for both western and asian food.

The pictures made the property look huge but it is not a big resort. However, it is still very good. The location is convenient to explore temples in the city center. The hotel is very quiet at night and relaxing. If you want more clubbing/nightlife, you might want to look around night bazaar, but it is fairly easy to get a tuk tuk to go anywhere in chiang mai.

The deluxe room is spacious and equipped with kettle and coffee - very nice in the morning. Breakfast has a lot of choices and very delicious. Every room with a balcony. The most of the staff is very friendly and helpful

Many key sightseeing points, good quality restaurants, services are within a stone throw. Direct pool access from your doorstep helps entertain the kids all day and keep parents worry-free. Staffs are kinds, friendly, relaxed, attentive to our specific needs. My pre check-in requests were arranged without remainders (unlike many other hotels)

It's at the heart of the old town and within walking distance from some of the milestone temples, the eating joints and the flea market. The property is clean and well-managed. The breakfast is decent.
